Située au 75bis rue d’Auteuil, dans le 16ème arrondissement de Paris, cette parcelle de 440 m² profite d’un emplacement stratégique au cœur d’un quartier animé et proche de la nature. Le projet valorise le tissu ancien du site en conservant les bâtiments sur rue et en fond de cour, tout en démolissant une partie des constructions centrales pour créer un jardin lumineux et accueillant.
Une surélévation de deux niveaux et une extension sur cour permettent d’ajouter six nouveaux logements aux quatre existants, avec des appartements traversants et un accès à une toiture-terrasse partagée et végétalisée. La nouvelle construction, indépendante et 100 % biosourcée, dialogue avec l’existant grâce à un contraste étudié entre architecture historique et volumes contemporains, grandes ouvertures en bois et bardage métallique.
Le projet combine densité urbaine, lumière naturelle, espaces extérieurs de qualité et respect de l’identité historique, offrant des logements modernes tout en préservant le charme et l’authenticité du site.

Located at 75bis rue d’Auteuil in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, this 440 m² plot benefits from a strategic location in a lively neighborhood with close access to nature. The project enhances the site’s historic fabric by preserving the street-facing and rear buildings while demolishing part of the central structures to create a bright, welcoming garden.
A two-story vertical extension and an infill addition on the courtyard allow for six new apartments alongside four existing units, with cross-ventilated layouts and access to a shared, green roof terrace. The new construction, independent and entirely bio-sourced, engages in a dialogue with the existing buildings through a thoughtful contrast between historic architecture and contemporary volumes, featuring large wooden openings and metal cladding.
The project successfully combines urban density, natural light, quality outdoor spaces, and respect for historical identity, delivering modern residences while preserving the charm and authenticity of the site.
